Muscular Pain
Muscular Pain
Muscular pain can occur for many reasons including acute injury, overuse and fatigue. There can be other causes too such as fibromyalgia or cardiovascular conditions.
How we can help
Our physiotherapists can identify what is the most likely cause and whether physiotherapy can help. Physiotherapy has shown to be effective in reducing pain and swelling. It can also promote, improve and restore muscle movement.
Treatment may include soft tissue release, strengthening, stretching and dry needling and, when delivered alongside specifically tailored exercise programmes, will get you back doing what you love the most in the quickest time possible.
